1. Supply Chain Performance (to the market) - Raw Materials Incoming / Warehousing to Budget - Delivery Performance of 98% minimum - Carton Quality Strike Rate of 99.985% - Logistics Contracts / Performance / Capacities - Ensure the Convertor production process and quality from raw material landing to customer delivery. 2. Management of 3rd Party Business Partners (Convertors) - Monthly Reporting on Performance - Quarterly Review of Capacity versus Demand / Performance / Special Projects - Develop and sign off Open ended or Tenured contracts with Partners. - Review supplier performance/quality and achieve productivity & cost improvement. - Productivity versus Inflation versus Budget - List 5 Significant Productivity Initiative¡¯s – target is Productivity to Offset Inflation - Table Inflation Pressures and track versus Productivity - Produce annual budget for costs in all categories and report monthly. - Work with Corporate IT to automate 3rd Party Management including Order Fulfillment - Manage inventory level adequately to maximize financial outcome. 3. Future State Planning - Demand versus Capacity over 5 Year Business Plan - Align End Market Capabilities to our Converter Base - Seek out Acquisitions, potential JV/s and or Green Field development.

[ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç] °æ·Â»çÇ×: °æ·Â(10³â ÀÌ»ó ) Çз»çÇ×: Çз¹«°ü - An undergraduate qualification in Business, Supply Chain, Customer Service or equivalent - More than 10 years solid experience within a supply chain and CS department - Highly proficient in Excel, PPT, JDE etc. - Good command of English - Self-motivated and initiator with leadership skill – team mgt experience is a plus - Matrix organization working experience - Packaging or FMCG, Pharma industry experience is a plus - Demonstrated record of achievement within supply chain Management - Ability to lead a team to deliver successful outcomes
