담당업무

- Set objectives and strategies for the IT department

- Select and implement suitable technology to streamline all internal operations and help optimize their strategic benefits

- Establish plans about business system Introduction and upgrade in according to management and user requirement

(비즈니스 프로세스를 이해하고 분석하여 업무 효율성을 높일 수 있는 시스템을 도입하거나 기존 시스템 업그레이드)

- Review and confirm the new and change plan of IT infrastructure, server & data backup

(IT 인프라스트럭쳐, 서버, Data 백업 등에 대한 변경과 신규 작업에 대한 검토)

- Extract and analysis data for management report (최고경영자를 위한 자료 추출 및 분석)

- Build standardization of system access and encrypting data base (시스템 및 데이터베이스에 대한 접근권한 통제 및 관리감독)

- Make an annual IT plan and budget (IT 예산작업 및 연간 계획수립)

- Manage outsourcing companies and IT vendors (IT 위탁업체 및 파견업체 통제 및 관리 감독)

- Review and prepare IT contract (모든 IT 관련 계약에 대한 검토)

- Communicate with brand company to synchronize their system (IT관련하여 브랜드 담당자와 소통)

- IT policy and IT governance control and management (IT 정책 및 거버넌스 통제 및 관리)

지원자격

- 학사 이상 (전산, 컴퓨터, 엔지니어링 등 관련 전공 우대)

- 관련 경력 16년 이상

- Proven experience as CIO or IT Head’s role

- Excellent knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure

- Background in designing/developing IT systems and planning IT implementation

- Solid understanding of data analysis, budgeting and business operations

- Excellent organizational and leadership skills

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

- Good Command of English, Proficient Computer skills, Database knowledge (영어 능력, 능숙한 컴퓨터 실력, 데이터베이스에 대한 지식)
