JOB PURPOSE

Working within well-established guidelines and with readily available higher-level support. May have responsibility for key HR functional area along with general administrative support (e.g. Payroll & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, etc.) May be involved in projects under the direction of more senior colleagues.

Job Description

• Provide support to HR team in overall HR functions and responsible for ownership in Payroll & related processes and benefits & program management.  

• Perform and lead end-to-end recruitment to support HR team and business in collaboration with available internal/external resources

• Maintain and update latest HR data and information on internal HR systems

• Support HR team to manage business relative data report

• Any other duties as assigned by the team based on business needs.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of HR work experience. (Payroll & related process experience in MNC are highly preferred)

• HR System (Workday) knowledge and experience preferred

• English verbal and written communication skill in business level

• Being proactive and strong ownership with a quality of work

• Good interpersonal and organizational skills

• Ability to perform multiple tasks

• Teamwork across various team members within and beyond HR

• Data analytical skills (e.g. Power BI, Excel, Power point, etc.)
