Main role desc ription (in a few lines)
- HR & Admin Senior Executive is responsible
for the full spectrum of Human Resource functions,
including recruitment,
payroll, compensation and benefits, manpower planning,
performance management, talent management, employee engagement and relations,
office and retail administration and improving HR processes and company policies.
Main Assignment 1: Recruitment
- Liaise with recruitment agencies for recruitment needs
- Handle recruitment assignments including shortlisting, arrange and conduct interviews
- For cases of referral/direct hires, conduct background checks, communicate on job offers
- Negotiate rates with new recruitment agencies, following up on payment invoices
- Prepare onboarding and offboarding documents including employment contracts and signing,
employee personnel and bank information for staff registration, employment certificates,
update external payroll vendor for tax form preparations
Main Assignment 2: HR Operations
- Point of contact for process and application in HR disciplines
- Oversee payroll and be liaison between retail operations,
staff and external payroll vendor on payroll related information/documents
- Monthly payroll administration and checking before sending for approval,
work with external payroll vendor for annual tax filing
- Create employee related documents, such as employment certificates,
address proof for bank or necessary statement documents for visa applications
- Assist in reviewing, formulating and implementing HR and Admin policies
- Review the employee benefits program annually for health insurance renewal
- Follow up probation reviews
- Organize for health insurance enrolment for staff passing probation
- Review of employment contract and terms with legal
- Set up procedures for expense reimbursement
- Assist in employee termination cases, consult local labor lawyers for law compliances
and related compensation needed, prepare documents and meetings
Main Assignment 3: Reporting
- Generating HR data and reports as required by country and Asia region office
- Maintain and update leave records for local and regional on quarterly basis
- Planning for end of year employee performance reviews, arranging timeslots for office employees,
communicating on timeline to respective retail boutiques
- Ensure monthly payroll approval and process is on time
- Consolidation of Korea branch salary budget planning & travel expense forecast for Asia region office
- Conduct salary & benefits benchmarking for management to review market competitiveness
and alignment
