Summary: The Maintenance Engineer will support the maintenance strategy of two production facilities in our company located in the Sejong (SJ) and Hwaseong based in the SJ plant. The successful maintenance engineer will have a strong reliability focus and develop engineering solutions to decrease reactive maintenance and increase planned preventative maintenance.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

●     Implement engineering solutions.

●     Conduct RCA(Root Cause Analysis)’s and FMEA(Failure Mode Effectiveness Analysis)’s and support PSM(Process Safety Management)(근본 문제 원인 분석, 고장모드분석, 공정안전관리)

●     Manage improvement projects

●     Perform Life Cycle Analysis

●     Implement Predictive Maintenance systems and support maintenance minimization efforts

●     Review and modify plans, procedure, material usage as needed.

●     Develop reporting of maintenance activity, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Metrics.

●     Manage CAPEX & OPEX budgets(운영예산 관리)

●     Ensure compliance with HSES(Health, Safety and Environment Services) and Regulatory requirements(건강, 안전 및 환경 서비스와 규칙 준수)

 

 

Required Qualifications:

●     Bachelors of Science in Engineering or Engineering Technology with 7 years of Industrial Maintenance or Reliability experience in batch gas or chemical, heavy or high speed manufacturing industries.(공학 전공의 배치가스, 화학, 중공업이나 고속 제조 산업계 유지관리 경력)

●     Strong mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic functions of production and HVAC equipment.(기계, 공기압축, 유압 시스템 및 난방, 환기, 공기조절 HVAC 시스템에 관한 경력과 지식)

●     Ability to establish and manage relationships at all levels of the organization

●     Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.(분석적, 조직적, 프로젝트 관리 역량)

●     Strong experience with CMMS (SAP, Maximo, eMaint, etc.).

●     Proficient with MS Office, MS Project, and Google Workspace.

●     Proficient in reading and understanding piping and instrumentation diagrams, technical documentation, and engineering bills of materials (EBOMS)

●     Able to develop standard project management documentation (Gantt charts, charters, etc.)

●     Good understanding of PLC’s, Instrumentation, and electrical equipment

●     Good written and verbal communication

●     Problem-solving skills and Teamworks skills

 

Preferred Qualifications:

●     TPM(Trusted Platform Module)/RCM(Reliability Centered Module) experience preferred.(보안 암호 플랫폼 모듈 및 신뢰성 기반 검사 경력 우대)

●     7 years of Mechanical maintenance experience(7년 이상 메카니컬 유지관리 경력 우대)

●     Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt certification or equivalent knowledge

●     5S and Lean Manufacturing experience
