SUMMARY

-       Have a strong reliability focus and develop engineering solutions to decrease reactive maintenance and increase planned preventative maintenance (신뢰성에 중점을 두고 사후 유지보수를 줄이고 계획된 예방 유지보수를 늘리기 위한 엔지니어링 솔루션 개발)

-       Support the maintenance strategy of two production facilities in two cities (두 도시에 있는 두 생산 시설의 유지 관리 전략 지원)

[담당 업무]

Ø  Implement engineering solutions (엔지니어링 솔루션 구현)

Ø  Conduct RCA’s and FMEA’s and support PSM (RCA 및 FMEA 수행 및 PSM 지원)

Ø  Manage improvement projects (개선 프로젝트 관리)

Ø  Perform Life Cycle Analysis (라이프 사이클 분석 수행)

Ø  Implement Predictive Maintenance systems and support maintenance minimization Efforts (예측 유지보수 시스템 구현 및 유지보수 최소화 지원 노력)

Ø  Review and modify plans, procedure, material usage as needed (필요에 따라 계획, 절차, 자재 사용량을 검토하고 수정)

Ø  Develop reporting of maintenance activity, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Metrics (유지보수 활동, 핵심성과지표(KPI) 및 지표에 대한 보고 개발)

Ø  Manage CAPEX & OPEX budgets (CAPEX 및 OPEX 예산 관리)

Ø  Ensure compliance with HSES and Regulatory requirements (HSES 및 규제 요구 사항 준수 보장)

 

[자격 요건]

Ø  Bachelors of Science in Engineering or Engineering Technology with 7 years of Industrial Maintenance or Reliability experience in batch gas or chemical, heavy or high speed manufacturing industries. (배치 가스 또는 화학, 중공업 또는 고속 제조 산업에서 7년의 산업 유지 보수 또는 신뢰성 경험을 가진 공학 또는 공학 기술 학사 학위)

Ø  Basic~Intermediate in English (초~중급 영어 실력)

Ø  Strong mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic functions of production and HVAC equipment (생산 및 HVAC 장비의 기계, 공압 및 유압 기능에 대한 강력한 기계적 적성 및 실무 지식)

Ø  Ability to establish and manage relationships at all levels of the organization (조직의 모든 수준에서 관계를 수립하고 관리하는 능력)

Ø  Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills (강력한 분석, 조직 및 프로젝트 관리 기술)

Ø  Strong experience with CMMS (SAP, Maximo, eMaint, etc.) (CMMS(SAP, Maximo, eMaint 등)에 대한 풍부한 경험

Ø  Proficient with MS Office, MS Project, and Google Workspace (MS Office, MS Project 및 Google Workspace에 능숙)

Ø  Proficient in reading and understanding piping and instrumentation diagrams, technical documentation, and engineering bills of materials (EBOMS) (배관 및 계측 다이어그램, 기술 문서 및 엔지니어링 자재 명세서(EBOMS)를 읽고 이해하는 데 능숙)

Ø  Able to develop standard project management documentation (Gantt charts, charters, etc.) (표준 프로젝트 관리 문서(Gantt 차트, 헌장 등) 개발)

Ø  Good understanding of PLC’s, Instrumentation, and electrical equipment (PLC, 계측 및 전기 장비에 대한 충분한 이해)

Ø  Good written and verbal communication (좋은 서면 및 구두 의사 소통)

Ø  Problem-solving skills and Teamwork skills (문제 해결 능력 및 팀워크 능력)

 

[우대 자격 요건]

Ø  TPM/RCM experience preferred (TPM/RCM 경험 우대)

Ø  7 years of Mechanical maintenance experience (7 년의 기계 유지 보수 경험)

Ø  Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt certification or equivalent knowledge (식스 시그마 옐로우 또는 그린 벨트 인증 또는 이에 상응하는 지식)

Ø  5S and Lean Manufacturing experience (5S 및 린 제조 경험)
