[담당업무]

O Have in-depth knowledge and manage a colleague to:
a. Identify sales force effectiveness parameters and data sources to collect the relevant information
b. Identify effectiveness enhancement measures and work with relevant teams for implementation
c. Recommend new processes aimed at enhancing productivity
d. Develop strong relationships across functions/levels to assess requirements at the field level
e. Liaison with commercial teams to monitor performance and productivity of sales force ➢ Review tools and content within that track FFE, measure, monitor/report KPIs, provide reports to stakeholders ➢ Assist in updating targets and data
f. Continuously evaluate processes and identify opportunities for improvement
g. Maintain relationships with key personnel from global Team and other pharmaceutical companies to identify best practices in sales force effectiveness h. Identify and share sales effectiveness best practices
h. Understand and manage interdependencies among sales teams and develop effective relationships.

- Education: Bachelor degree in Business,

- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience with clear Director type experience leading teams across strategic planning, customer service, supply chain A minimum of 15 years of experience with Commercial operations

- Languages Skill: Good English communication skill

- Skills: Accomplished communicator that can drive change into the organization Strong interpersonal/people management skills and team work Ability to approach problems creatively and develop solutions based on data
