[´ã´ç¾÷¹«] O Commercial Management & Operational Process & policy - Monitors daily/monthly business progress to ensure effective business management such as KPI, strategic planning of new/renovation store, & etc. - Ensures all the stores to comply with company operations policy and procedure. - Improves efficiency of the operational processes for stores - Manages/Recruits/Deals with various vendors and suppliers for stores and office. - Offer various trainings to store staffs to execute operational process. - Visit stores regularly to monitor operational process, performance, and KPIs. - Execute regular conference calls with HQ & regional retail operations teams. - Co-work closely with Internal Control team to guide stores complying with company policy. - Prepare and manage internal events and reports. - Closely co-work with Merchandising, Retail, IT, Customer Experience, Service, A/S, Store development, & Logistics.
O Project & Tool Management - Fully support Retail Operations Manager to execute various Retail Operations projects in stores. Check status and details to execute various projects. - Facilitate retail operations tools roadmap for the region. - Ensure central/local co-ordination and prioritization of retail operations project. 2 - Build local transformation plan, including all project management steps (studies, sizing, pilot, deployment and change management) - Coordinates between HI, region, Group/regional/local IT to ensure that IT impacts are properly communicated, and plan executed. - Ensure change management and offer trainings. - Proactively identifies areas for operational improvement including tools and processes. - Ensure mastery of tools and process among store teams. Closely co-work with IT for the process and tools. - Deliver training on CEGID, H-PAD, My Stock App, Brand¡¯s Care, H-Link, Metiers applications and contribute to induction training on store operations - Deploy regular updates on new tool features during store visits. - Ensure day-to-day assistance on tools to the stores and provide feedback to central teams on local needs/constraints.
O Store Back Office Team management - Help Retail Operations Manager to build and develop a strong store team by proper trainings. - Help and train store sales admin staffs regarding the reports, data management and data analysis, propositions, operations, and processes. - Monitor work process of Back Office Store staffs and manage efficient process and routines. - Being a major contact points from store back-office team and execute daily communication with them. - Monitor R&R of each position of store staff
O Store Development & Landlords - Supports Retail Ops manager by providing insightful analysis, market trend, and idea of the store development. - Research useful market data for store development. - Manage lease contracts, lease details, stockroom, issues with landlords. Contact with Dept Store counterparts.

- University graduate in related disciplines - At least 3~6, 7~12 years of experiences in luxury and / or retail
industry, preferably in Retail & Operations. - Meticulous and good analytical skills - Excellent communication skill - Organized and strong problem-solving skills. - Effective project manager who can handle multiple projects at the same
time. - Ability to work independently and to adapt in a fast-paced, changing
environment
- Fluent in English and French is a plus.
