  IT Platform Manager(PIM & CMS)

1. PIM System Management:

- Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the PIM system to ensure accurate and high-quality product information.

- Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot technical issues, perform system updates, and ensure data integrity.

 

2. Data Governance:

- Develop and enforce data governance policies, ensuring that product data is accurate, consistent, and follows established standards.

- Establish processes for data enrichment, validation, and classification to enhance the quality of product information.

 

3. Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with product managers, marketing teams, e-commerce teams, and other stakeholders to gather product information and ensure its accurate representation.

- Collaborate with content creators, photographers, and designers to ensure that product images, descriptions, and specifications are aligned with brand guidelines.

 

4. Digital Platform Integration:

- Integrate PIM system with various digital platforms, such as e-commerce websites, marketplaces, and social media channels, to ensure consistent product data across all touchpoints.

 

5. Quality Assurance:

- Conduct regular audits of product information to identify discrepancies, inaccuracies, or missing data, and take necessary actions to rectify issues.

 

6. Training and Support:

- Train internal teams on PIM system usage, best practices, and data entry standards to maintain data accuracy and consistency.

- Provide support and troubleshooting assistance to users encountering PIM-related challenges.

 

7. Performance Analysis:

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product information quality and digital platform performance.

- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize the customer experience and drive sales through improved product presentation.

 

8. Emerging Trends and Best Practices:

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital marketing strategies, and PIM technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and enhancement.

  

¢Ã ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç

-  Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master`s degree is a plus.

-       5+ years of experience working in eCommerce.

-       Proven experience in digital platform management, including platform development(eCommerce), implementation, and maintenance.

-       Strong understanding of data management principles and data governance practices.

-       Proficiency in using PIM software and related tools.

-       Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.

-       Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to data accuracy and quality.

-       Analytical thinking to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.

-       Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize processes.

-       Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving digital landscape.

-       Experience using Salesforce Commerce Cloud or other major Commerce Platform.

-       Experience delivering through Traditional & Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, and waterfall).

-       Experience using JIRA and Confluence.

-       Basic knowledge of HTML.

-       Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.

-       Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.

-       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and vendors.

-       Familiarity with web analytics tools, content management systems (CMS), order management system(OMS) and digital marketing technologies.

-       Flexible working hour due to working with global team.

-       Fluency in both Korean and English.
