ㆍEstablish and operate mid-, long-term, and short-term company-wide management strategies
ㆍOperate company-wide management meetings such as management meetings and strategy meetings
ㆍInsurtech market trend identification and research

[Business Management]
ㆍEstablishment and management of mid-, long-term, and short-term company-wide business plans
ㆍManage quarterly OKRs for organizational direction and performance management
ㆍCompany-wide budgeting and execution management
ㆍManage profit and loss analysis and statistics by product and sales channel

Qualifications

경력사항: 경력(15년 이상 )
학력사항: 대학교(4년)졸업

ㆍMore than 15 years of experience in business planning/management

ㆍUnderstanding of insurance or experience in strategic planning for insurance companies

ㆍAbility to write strategic planning documents and analyze indicators

ㆍCommunicate logically with business stakeholders in various positions

   and smooth collaboration 

ㆍ(Preferred) Startup business planning/strategy experience
