[Responsibilities]

Act as the Head of Strategy who reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for developing and executing the responsibilities below

Establish and drive the company’s strategic direction with effective execution and management.

Establish partnership strategies to drive growth; identify and strengthen external partnerships. 

Establish KPIs (roles, responsibilities, and authority) for each organization based on the company’s strategic direction. 

Ensure coordination and alignment on major issues between organizations, and manages the company-wide organizational system. 

[Qualifications] 

3+ years working experience in a Global Business Development role 

At least 3 years of experience in a corporate strategy function or strategy consulting firm 

Experience managing a large organization (at least 50 people) 

Business fluent level of English and Korean language skills
