[Responsibilites] Act as the Head of Global Operations to allow the CEO to focus on business areas such as game development, investments, and acquisitions.
Manage domestic and overseas subsidiaries: support the establishment of new subsidiaries and manage/improve operations.
Human Resources : Contribute to the company's vision by building competitive organizational capabilities and organizational culture. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Operations Planning : Implement/support cross-functional tasks between organizations. Develop and execute operational policies and procedures that support the company's strategic goals.
Board Secretariat: Operate the Board of Directors.
Global Legal : Oversee operations of overseas legal teams
[Qualifications] - Business management experience in an international setting (minimum 5 years). - At least 2 years of experience working at a Global HQ or Regional HQ of a top-tier global company - Experience working in 2 or more countries - Experience managing a large organization (at least 50 people). - Business fluent level of English and Korean
[Preferred Qualifications] - A proven track record of work performance and problem solving skills shown by career growth - Experience with startups - Study abroad experience
[Additional Preferred Qualifications] - Experience working in a corporate strategy department or strategy consulting firm - Experience in the media/gaming industry - Executive experience or solving major issues from an executive perspective - Banking/finance/accounting experience
