Key responsibilities of position (Job Description)
Responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy for High Efficiency Heat Exchangers (Packinox, Compabloc, Spiral, Olmi S&T Heat Exchanger) in accordance with the assigned targets and local sales company/ business unit / divisional strategy and targets.
Responsible for leading, developing and securing a high performing cross functional team in line with the Al
Define the business strategy and plan for assigned area of responsibility according to Division Strategy, plan and targets
Develop the business by driving relevant sales and business development activities to get the customer Loyalty and satisfaction: Market Analysis, Pricing, Visits, Seminars, etc.
Forecasts Sales and budget and monitor progress against objectives and financial targets to identify problem areas to improve the performance.
Work proactive and structured with the sales and business development in order to optimize the sales efficiency of the team
Stay on top with the market insights and focus on making visits, meetings and interactions to customers, focusing on customer needs understanding and highlighting the value of our products and services
Utilize the CRM tool and other digitals/tools in a consistent and qualitative way, to support the sales process, find the business insights and make decisions based on
Develop, motivate and coach people to secure the development of relevant sales and product/application competencies
