🚩 Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide expert and strategic legal advice to management and related organizations so that the company can be operated under compliance
  • Identify proactive solutions that will eliminate or mitigate legal-related risks
  • Respond to and manage legal disputes
  • Deal with external parties (regulators, external counsel, etc.)
  • Anticipate legal & compliance issues and estimate risks strategically
  • Keep abreast of legislative changes
  • Manage organizations regarding legal, compliance and audit

Requirements

🎯 Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in legal or compliance fields in law firms or in-house teams
  • Holding Korean bar or US bar
  • Overall broad legal knowledge (corporate law, litigations, labor law, etc)
  • Strong understanding of the drug/medical device development process, lifecycle management, and product commercialization
  • Leadership skills and ability to collaborate across functions and organizations in a highly complex and dynamic environment
  • High degree of professional ethics, integrity and gravitas
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • No reason for disqualification for an overseas business trip
  • 10년 이상의 로펌 또는 사내에서의 법무/ 준법감시 업무를 경험하신 분
  • 한국 변호사 또는 미국 변호사 자격을 보유하신 분
  • 전반적인 법 관련 지식(회사법, 소송, 노동법 등)과 제약/헬스케어 산업에 대한 깊은 이해도가 있으신 분
  • 높은 수준의 직업윤리와 청렴함을 보유하신 분
  • 영어 커뮤니케이션에 능통하신 분
  • 문제해결 능력이 뛰어나신 분
  • 해외 출장에 결격사유가 없으신 분
