Our Network Infrastructure business group (NI) includes IP, optical and network automation technologies and related services sold to our communication service provider customers as well as adjacent markets including webscale companies and enterprises. Our comprehensive wide area networking (WAN) solutions enable our customers to build and operate automated, secure, and high-performance networks at massive scale – helping to interconnect people and things from any broadband access modality to – and among - edge clouds, central clouds, the Internet, and other services and data centers.
What you will learn and contribute to
As part of the IP Routing team in Korea, an IP Presales will
- have advanced knowledge of IP technologies to lead the market with Nokia Service Router product
- have ability to analyze market trend, customer¡¯s requirement into making solutions.
- have ability to communicate issues, requirement, request with HQ and find/deliver the solution to customers
The role requires a candidate to perform the following skills and activity
- Provide exact solution delivery ability for requirement/problem/issue.
- Understand and articulate requirement, request and service at all levels to HQ.
- Have good communication skill for customer requirement to manage things between field and HQ.
- Create, present and describe technical problem/issue easily
- Explain and lead Demo/POC
Your skills and experience
- Experience to IP networks of access, aggregation, core router/switch in ISP or Enterprise
- Advanced knowledge of technologies like MPLS, VPN etc
- Good communication and negotiation skills to manage customers, business partners and HQ
- Native level in Korean (or equivalent) & English fluency: intermediate business level
- Experience: Relevant experience 10 years more or less
