직무/업무: Reliability Engineer(신뢰성 엔지니어)
- Your Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for reliability test activity
- Maintenance and calibration of lab equipment and lab operation
- This position establishes a reliability test plan and maintenance/calibration plan
- Execute the test and publishes the report for internal and customers
- Contributing to product design process with multidisciplinary teams
- Supporting root cause analysis, risk estimation and corrective measure implementation in case of test failures
- Drive cost reduction of reliability lab operation to achieve the organization goal
- Frequent discussion with R&D and customer quality to fulfill the requirements
- Reporting to Head of QM
- - 환경 센서 제품 신뢰성 시험 관련 제반 업무
- - 시험실 장비 운용, 유지 관리 및 검교정
- - 신뢰성 시험 계획 수립, 진행 및 현황 모니터링
- - 사내 및 고객사 신뢰성 시험 결과 보고서 작성 및 발행
- - 제품 설계 및 성능 검증을 위한 프로젝트 팀 참여
- - 제품 시험 단계에서의 문제 발견시 원인 분석, 위험도 평가 및 개선 조치 실행
- - 시험실 운영 비용 절감을 위한 개선안 도출 및 시행
- - 제품 규격 및 고객 요건 충족을 위한 R&D 팀 및 고객사와의 기술 협의 참여
자격조건/우대사항:
- Your Profile:
- BS in physics, chemistry, mechanical or electronic engineering or comparable
- Minimum 5 years automotive reliability engineering experience including failure analysis
- Knowledge of OEM's reliability requirements. (HKMC ES and MS tests)
- Ability to maintain the reliability test equipment
- Ability to identify, analyze and resolve problems in an efficient, proactive manner
- Strong coordination and leading skills in multi-functional teams
- Good English in speaking and writing
- -공학사 이상-물리학, 화학 공학, 기계 공학, 전자 공학 또는 유사 학과
- -고장 분석(Failure analysis)을 포함한 자동차 분야 신뢰성 시험 경력 최소 5년 이상
- -국내 완성차 업체의 신뢰성 시험 규격에 대한 이해(현대기아 ES/MS Spec)
- - 신뢰성 시험 설비 유지 관리 경험 및 능력
- - 문제 현상에 대한 효율적이고 선제적인 파악, 분석 및 해결 능력
- - 프로젝트 팀 활동 경험 및 리딩 능력
- 영어 커뮤니케이션 능력
