[담당업무]

* Inventory Planning & Management
- Manage raw material purchasing process
- Manage Inventory level adequately to maximize financial outcome (Raw materials, Safety Stocks, Inventory Turn Over, Aging stock)
- Planning & Releasing Intercompany Order (Calculation MRP, Set up Re-Order Point)
- Managing Raw material RMA process(RCA, CAPA, Credit Note, Return Process)
- Efficiently allocate Inventories to Convertors to support production schedule and volume
* Convertor Production Management
- Manage raw material allocation to convertors.
- Ensure the Convertor production process and quality from raw material to customer’s site
- Collaboration with Sales and SCM to understand current challenges and productions needs and resolve the issues in production
- Annual Audit with Customer
* Quality
- Supplier Quality Engineering: Ensure Subcontractor Quality control level, Subcontractor capacity & Utilization.
* Custom/Logistics/3PL Management
- Manage import customs clearance.
- Manage Logistics service providers (3PL, Freight forwarders, Customs brokers)
- Manage daily operation of freight/warehouse
- Monthly subcontractor KPI review
* Reporting
- Productivity/Inflation Analysis (budget vs. actual)
- Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Closing of Cost and Inventory
- Provide rolling update on forecast and deviation from operating plan
- Monthly closing : Customs, 3PL trans, operation fees / Roll, Sheet and rolls consumed closing report/ Converter's sheeting close/ Converters transaction costs( btw converters)/ Inflation impact and commentary supports
* Effectiveness Enhancement
- Managing & Transaction for Daily transaction at ERP System (SAP, Oracle, JDE etc. )

[자격요건]

경력사항: 경력(5년 이상 )
학력사항: 대학교(4년)졸업
• Bachelor’s degree in, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or Finance 

• At least 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain with knowledge of Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Production Management, and Inventory management 

• Ability to drive cross-functional teams with effective communication and matrix organization. 

• Paper or packaging industry working experience is plus. 

• Good communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Mature, energetic, attentive, well organized and customer- oriented. 

• Good command of English
