Description of Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify potential targets in line with the Company strategy.
  
• Initiate the first contact and arrange exploratory meetings.
  
• Inquire about the transport and logistics needs of the potential customer.
  
• Coordinate the transport solutions and pricing.
  
• Coordinate the negotiations with the customers and once gained the business implementation.
  
• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options.
  
• Identifies trends, market activities and competitors.
  
• Source, develop customer’s database and follow up oversea sales leads.
  
• Prepare sales action plans and strategies.
  
• Other additional tasks/project assigned by the supervisors.
  

• Arrange review meetings.
  
• Follow up on the KPIs, take over the claims from customers.
  
• Work with the customer, the GW team and the vendors to look for and implement improvements.
