[PURPOSE]
The company requires a Sr. Strategic Partnerships & Business Development Manager with strong interpersonal and communication skills to maintain key clients and to recruit new clients. B2B sales, marketing and strategic analysis are important aspects of the position, along with exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.

[ROLES AND RESPONBILITIES]
? Business development responsibilities for the other service-intensive logistics services.
? Be the primary contact and build long-term relationships with customers to achieve business goals.
? Develop relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders.
? Manage existing accounts promptly to obtain further business and customer satisfaction.
? Build new client relationships and deliver exceptional client service.
? Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services according to customer needs and objectives.
? Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly objectives to internal stakeholders, identify areas of concern, and assist in generating solutions.
? Forecast and track key account metrics.
? Monitor and analyze customers¡¯ perception and usage of our services.
? Assist and support new client integration.
? Liaise between the customer and internal teams.
? Develop and track progress against key account management plan through KPIs.
? Undertake regular visits to key clients to verify the attainment of customer satisfaction.
? Work in close coordination with Operations and project management teams.
? Develop portfolio plans to grow business in new and existing accounts.
? Perform competitive analysis in target market segments.
? Ensure that the sales operating plan is consistent with overall business goals.

[OPERATING NETWORK]
? External stakeholders :
- Clients P&L holders, commercial, operations, procurement, supply chain, finance, quality, regulatory, commercial effectiveness, data & digital.
? Internal stakeholders :
- SP&BD corporate and markets
- *** Functional Leads /Client Services (Ops, CD and other BUs)
- All other functions in market (Legal, finance, Tech etc.¡¦)

[ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç]
[QUALIFICATION]
? Experience : Minimum of 15 years¡¯ experience in pharma and healthcare commercials/operations in MDD/AH/Pharma
? Education : Bachelor¡¯s Degree, MBA preferred
? Knowledge : Up-to-date knowledge of market trends in medical devices, animal health, pharma and logistics industry
? Language : Excellent oral and written English communication; capable of making effective presentations
? Technical : Strong Presentation and interpersonal communication skills with key decision makers and different people in multi-cultural environment, Competent with MS Office Applications utilization and P&L assessment.
