[담당업무]

1. Product Revision
- work with cross-functional teams and group office to develop new products and revise existing products that meet the needs of the target market
- establish appropriate pricing for existing /new products based on actuarial analyses and market research
- communicate complex actuarial concepts and results to non-actuarial stakeholders within the company, including senior management, sales teams, and operations

2. Product Management
- oversee the ongoing performance of existing products and make recommendations 

for changes or updates as necessary
- assess and manage risks associated with products including mortality risk, interest rate risk, and other financial risks
- analyze and report on the financial performance of products to senior management
3. Team Management
- lead and develop a team of actuarial professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and guidance to help them achieve their goals and grow their careers
4. Regulatory Compliance
- ensure that all products comply with relevant laws and regulations especially in terms 

of pricing and benefit structures

경력사항: 경력(10년 이상 )
학력사항: 대학교(4년)졸업 이상
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or Statistics preferred 

- Strong understanding of actuarial science 

- Excellent leadership and communication skills 

- At least 10 years of experience in product development/actuarial department 

- Actuarial license is preferred 

- Both verbal and written English communication skill is preferred
