 BUILD THE BRAND STRATEGY
- Develop annual portfolio brand plans in accordance with brand positioning, route-to-consumers, pricing, and range optimization and in line with global strategies
- Analyze market trends and ensure insightful information to support strategic decision
- Monitor and reinforce evolution of brand equity, and qualitative and quantitative brand exposure across key touch points

 DELIVER THE STRATEGY TO THE MARKET
- Plan and execute integrated marketing plans and develop activation tools to achieve short-term and long-term objectives.
- Communicate brand strategies internally, and influence the trade marketing and sales plan of brands in line with the portfolio strategy
- Manage external agencies with clear creative briefs and collaborate with internal stakeholders for key marketing activities

 MANAGE AND DEVELOP BUSINESS
- Brand related activities (brand communications, digital marketing, brand PR, Collaboration, sponsorship, promotion) in line with strategy
- New product launch process with efficient and effective launching plans and excellent execution
- Take direct responsibility for budgetary control
- Manage POSM order process and oversee usage via global and local platforms.
- Monitor and update market trends and competitor activities, malt portfolio performance
- Agree forecasts and shipment plans with the trade marketing and logistics

 GROW PEOPLE AND BRAND
- Train team members and monitor progress to meat goals
- Give coaching and support with directions on team member¡¯s deliverables, R&R, and KPIs
- Act in close collaboration with trade, sales teams, business partners.


[ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç]

– Bachelor¡¯s Degree and Equivalent
– At least 10 years of experience in marketing experiences
– Team management experience
– Similar or related industry preferred (Liquor and FMCG industries)
– Strong brand management experience
– Convivial attitude with entrepreneurial mindset
– Fluent Korean and English
– High sense of ethics
