[´ã´ç¾÷¹«] TALENT ACQUISITION • Manage full cycle of recruiting process to meet various hiring needs for office and retail in accordance with the Group budget agreement • Manage and implement talent sourcing activities to attract talent: manage job description templates, external and internal postings, talent sourcing and resume screening, conduct interview, reference check, prepare and deliver job offers, employment contracts and on-board arrangement • Responsible for the design and implementation of talent acquisition programs, continually striving for optimization to ensure to hire top talent with a focus on the candidate experience • Develop and maintain relationship with recruitment channels such as employment agencies, school alliances, social networks, and other recruitment sources • Conduct regular update with hiring managers to provide frequent recruitment status • Develop new interview selection process and system, recruitment channel and project • Develop local employer brand strategy and executes the plan to attract qualified candidates • Develop interview questionnaires based on the desired profiles • Promote internal mobility and referral program • Work with HR Director, HRBP, HRM/D Managers in defining a recruitment strategy adapted to business stakes and local employment situations • Coordinate with HR Director for key recruitment projects such as store opening, campus recruitment, etc.

[ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç] • At least 10 years of experience in a talent acquisition specialist/manager position including 2-3 years in a managerial role acquired at a company with a strong HR culture • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding • Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles • Ethical, interpersonal skills, superior communication skills, persuasive abilities, the ability to influence and to work in a team, a good level of professional maturity in the human resources profession. • Fluent and proficient communication in English • Excellent computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel • Degree qualified in Human Resources or a related field is preferred
