1. Sales Order & Tax Invoice Management - Basic ability
- Sales administration management application (Sales App) and website (Sales Web) control
- Sales order management, statistics, and analysis
- Issuance and management of transaction statements and tax invoices
- Preparation and analysis of sales VAT data
 
2. Sales Data Management - Analysis
- Notification and management of daily/monthly sales status 
- Weekly/monthly/yearly sales unit price management and analysis
- Product code, unit, and inventory status management
 
3. Customer Service & Sales support - Communication
 - Inbound and receive customer complaints
 - Reception of customer inquiries on the website and delivery to the sales department
 - Provide customer request data (MSDS/PDS/COA etc.)
 
4. ERP Data Management - Information
 - New customer registration and information management
 - Employee Code/Site/Target Market/Sub Customer Group/Details management
 - Customer and sales department change information management
 - ERP data download/upload and analysis, report
 
5. CRM - Salesforce
 - Accounts and user management
 - Opportunity/Quotes/Projects management and approval
 - Complaints and Claims notice and management
 - Salesforce Usage notice and encouragement



[ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç]

  • Bachelor¡¯s degree.
  • Minimum of 7 years¡¯ experience in sales/management related function. Experience in Multinational companies is desired. 
  • Three years at least of experience as of effectively managing people is a plus.
  • English skill is plus. (reading and writing)
  • Working knowledge of SAP, Salesforce is a plus.
  • Good presentation skills: high level of communication is needed.
  • High level of integrity, consistency, and rigor.
