Job Description

  • Compensation & Benefit
  • Develop HR/ Reward strategy consistent with company business objectives
  • Determine strategy for designing, implementing, and administering compensation programs (compensation programs, incentive programs etc.) and policies
  • Manage and calibrate merit and performance evaluation cycle, promotion review process
  • Deliver and implement APAC & Global strategy and guideline, localization
  • Provide strategic data
  • Manage Internal grading system and evaluation with APAC
  • Participate in salary survey
  • Budgeting
  • Work closely with other HR functions and deliver clear guideline for operational process
  • Supervise HR benefit operation programs (annual leave, benefit programs change/update)
  • Payroll

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 10 year of general HR experience including 4 years of C&B experience in multinational companies
  • People management experience preferred
  • Good at Korea labor law
  • Fluent in both Korean and English
