[´ã´ç¾÷¹«] - To select concepts/ranges/products, which satisfy the needs of retail partners and Wholesales in Korea. - To ensure concepts/ranges/products are target consumer, target customer and brand relevant. - Develop business plans, which mirror the Brand¡¯s. Business Unit mission and objectives. This should include a roadmap explaining the tactics in order to achieve set objectives. - Carry out regular market visits (Design Review,IPT,360 MM) and trend watch to fully understand the competitive environment and market requirements and trend. - Initiate and carry out market research and benchmarking (Desk & Field) and report conclusions. - Set seasonal objective and establish the line architecture as key working tool. Be accountable for providing frequent static and dynamic progress reports and distribute the following seasonal product merchandising analysis - Review and apply the seasonal Development & product merchandising process. - Be accountable for achieving all tasks within the given timelines. - Manage the product lines through a process of line planning, and launching the lines at the local meetings. - Develop line lists, set price points and FOB/Revenue targets, margins, volume forecast. - Brief the design and development team on the line concepts and the local requirements for each range. - Discuss and sign-off WC/local sourcing prices. - Prepare and carry out excellent concept/product presentations.
