Purpose & Overall Relevance:

Responsible for supporting key logistics, project coordination and administrative for Culture Marketing (CM) relationships and product campaign objectives. Provide day to day communication and support to both external and internal teams dedicated to the projects. Ensure efficient management of the product inventory and support CM showroom management for brand objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:  

•    Build and maintain relevant and strong relationships within the Entertainment and Influencer industries.
•    Efficient management for local CM marketing to ensure the Brand images are represented well.
•    Assure a strategic, proactive approach to celebrities and influencers who add value to the brand and our consumers and consistently evolve and add to the list.  
•    Build rapport with external Entertainment contacts while keeping adidas objectives a top priority.
•    Maintain current product knowledge and clear target market objectives.
•    Support all local event/production related topics in close collaboration with relevant teams.
•    Place marketing order (store promotion, central buy stock order, etc. ) and manage the inventory to prioritize the CM activities – CM partner gifting & seeding, Showroom management, star marketing agency PPL.
•    Monitor and report on local opportunities and trends to provide relevant CM activities.
•    Support CM partner integration plans to maximize brand credibility.
•    Manage star marketing agency to support campaign launch and activate CM project and seeding.
•    Track and monitor CM partner¡¯ performance results and reflect them into marketing plans to maximize future activation opportunities.
•    Relevant KPIs include
-    Efficient CM marketing spending
-    Secure relevant and in-time CM portfolio
-    Provide idea for  local & regional opportunities to Global (e.g. Next hero celebrity for Asia/ Worldwide)

Requisite Education and Minimum Qualifications:

•    Strong network in the local Entertainment & Influencer scene
•    BA in public relations, communications, marketing, or related field required.
•    Experience with integrated marketing campaigns.
•    Management experience at a public relations agency.
•    Minimum 3 years of marketing and/ or communications experience
•    Fluent in English
