[´ã´ç¾÷¹«] • Participate all IT project initiatives in digital areas including but not limited to SFCC, CRM, Kakao and related backend systems • Manage related vendors, also internal North Asia IS&T teams, on project delivery including requirement analysis, system design, coding, UAT, deployment and maintenance according to corporate standard process, SLA, KPI and best practices • Innovate and propose digital development roadmap as well as solutions • Develop and maintain strong working relationship with digital business teams • Build data analytical solution to track customer journey across all the digital touch points to understand customer behaviour and their image • Make sure the solution is qualified on security before system roll out • Keep learning fresh technologies and solutions to integrate with business needs • Continually improve ongoing systems and analysis processes, automating or simplifying applications solutions • Create and update documentation to assist in daily operational work (Operation procedure, knowledge bases etc.) • Provide team or direct report with clear direction and targets that makes team colleagues feel comfortable and engaged
