Talent Acquisition Specialist- Execute the recruitment strategy across its scope, implementing targeted
sourcing and marketing techniques to identify and attract appropriate talent pools
- Manage the end to end recruitment process with hiring Managers and HRBPs,
interviewing candidates to assess suitable positions based on specific business needs
- Develop and deliver consistent and standardized recruitment processes and the right channel to select the best talents for the company
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify interview evaluation criteria and competencies
- A degree in Human Resources management, Business Administration or a relevant field
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of prior experience in recruitment in a Corporate or Recruitment Agency, with proven experience in direct sourcing techniques
- Proven ability to partner with business stakeholders to fully understand business needs
- Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as LinkedIn
- Knowledge of various interviewing methods - Experience with HRIS, ATS (Workday, Taleo, Lumesse…), Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools
