* Position  :  Customer Quality Engineer (대리) 

        * PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

          1. Generate, maintain, and communicate Customer Specific Product Quality Roadmaps, 

              including input from the Quality and Development Engineering teams.

          2. Meet regularly with the customer to provide updates on

          3. Key Performance Indicators of Quality

          4. Status of any open complaints, requests, or audit findings

          5. Updates on pertinent Continuous Improvement Projects

          6. PCN’s, CIP’s and MOC.

          7. Develop and communicate the company’s strategy, plans and activities for continually improving

              our product and service quality for their customer

         8. Gather and become an expert on their customer’s requirements and expectations with regards 

             to product and service quality.

         9. Respond to their customer’s requests regarding quality/manufacturing with meaningful

             answers/decisions on a global level.

       10. Up to 20% travel, depending on customer locations and ***** manufacturing  locations

             for their specific customer

       11. Develop in-depth knowledge and practical experience of welding processes and procedures for

            Heat Exchangers, large vessels, tanks, and structural steel etc. ·

     * JOB REQUIREMENTS

       1. Education to degree /diploma level or equivalent
       2. Experienced in performing IQA (Internal quality audit) is preferred
       3. Knowledge of Quality Management System and ISO 9001 standard requirements
       4. Capability to communicate in verbal and written English & MS Office Tool (Excel, Word,Power points) skills are required   
       5. Self-motivated initiative in abundance
       6. Good time management skills
       7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
       8. Strong work ethic /commitment
       9. Knowledge of SPC/SQC is preferred
     10. Good problem-solving skills
     11. Experience with semiconductor or display customer is highly preferred
     12. Knowledge or experience in industrial gas, specialty gas, relevant chemical products and cryogenic industry are preferred
     13. Profession in statistical analysis is also highly preferred
