 Experience business analysis and business process modeling
 Experience in multiple technology platforms 
Experience with global & luxury brands / Retail. 
Previous experience working on large transformational initiatives / re-platforms

Bachelor`s degree 
Over 8 Years of experience in an IT Business/System Analyst role
 Hands on experience in requirements gathering, design, development, and testing of eCommerce, call center and retail applications. Experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and Kakao integration is a plus. 
Demonstrated experience documenting use cases and functional requirements
 Excellent Business Process Knowledge, Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
 Excellent Korean and good English written and verbal communications skills
