Handle recruitment and selection process including job posting, CV screening, interview arrangement, cooperation with external agencies, maintaining candidate's database to ensure the hiring target is achieved
- Prepare internal and external job advertisements, web posting, and specifications for external recruitment agencies.
- Prepare on-board process.
- Payroll administration & HR Information System (HRIS) Data maintenance Monthly payroll schedule administration
- Organizing provisional data related to labor costs and sending it to the financial team.
- Time sheet & leave administration.
- HRIS records maintenance, make sure HR data accurate.
- Monthly HR report and KPI report preparation
- Training and Development
- Support with business managers on performance management activities, such as goals setting, performance assessment.
- Employee training & development activities, succession planning/people development solutions by providing HR impacts advice.
- Be responsible for handling employee relations cases as well as managing employee relations concerns.
- Manage compliance: make sure the company in compliance with HR and company regulations.
- Regularly communication with the partner (HR Law and Tax experts): the 3rd parties (partner vendors) and employee labor management
