Position: Inventory Analyst (1년이상)

≪Core Accountabilities≫
Reporting and Communications 
•    Develop and enhance new Dashboard / KPI reports using Power BI by gathering and analyzing data regarding unit volume, operational productivity, service performance, and inventory availability. 
•    Support FCM (Financial close management) processes like Forecasting, Accrual, Monthly closing, etc. 
•    Publish reports to aid operational planning daily/weekly/monthly based on business requirements. 
•    Supervise service providers to provide requested logistics services level. 
•    Manage Indirect sourcing including PO creation, Tracing, and Stock level management.

Continuous improvement & Daily operation support 
•    Identify opportunities for process optimization to improve productivity and achieve cost-saving targets. 
•    Find out opportunities and facilitate the improvement plans by closely working with the fulfillment team. 
•    Work closely with related stakeholders like DC Fulfillment, Customer service, Retail ECOM team to support & improve daily operations.

≪Requirements≫
•   Overall years of experience may range from 1-5 years
•   Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain/Business or IT preferred 
•   Proven English speaking and working capabilities in written and verbal
•   Certification in CPIM or other Supply Chain specific programs also preferred 
•   Strong PC skills, excellent data analytic skills with MS-Access or SQL 
•   Experience about Microsoft power platform (MS Access, Power BI/Apps/PowerAutomate, etc.)
