(i) sales/marketing (ii) profit/financial (iii) client / services (iv) team management  

(v) centre appearance /operation processes  

Coordinates, directs and leads managers/team¡¯s performance achieve profitability 

and efficiency while maintaining standards set by the company assuring 100% client satisfaction

? Sales and Marketing  (role is 70% sales and 30% operations/team management)

? Client Service, Management and Satisfaction 

? Implementation and Monitoring of operations systems, standards and processes  

? Profit and Financial Control, Debtors control 

? Team Management
