- Create strategies for the short, medium, and long term for the Artistry skincare portfolio, take charge of Artistry skincare product development, and support new product launches by identifying opportunities in the market.

- Develop profitable brands and new products that resonate with ABOs and consumers:
Spearhead product/packaging innovation.
Ensure a balanced and consistent innovation pipeline.
Lead cross-functional efforts for new product/packaging initiatives (new technology, new brand, etc.).
Lead the development of naming and launch plans.
Define learning needs and required market research.

- Develop valuable solution programs to provide a relevant and integrated approach for engaging ABOs, prospects, and customers in the Artistry Beauty business.

-Establish and execute multi-year brand/marketing plans, encompassing:
Category/portfolio planning, including discontinuation of underperforming brands/products.
Brand positioning/claims development.
Integrated marketing campaign assets development (advertising, media, packaging, PR).
Product pricing strategies.

- Extensive collaboration with cross-functional areas including Markets, Supply Chain, R&D, Regulation, Creative, Procurement, Digital & IT, PR & Social communication, etc.
