Improve business and family comfort, protection and productivity

The objective of the role is to deliver AOP target for HBS Projects Line of Business and implement strategies to enable YoY growth and project execution excellence. He/she will own complete business performance and would lead a team of Project Managers, Engineering, Proposal & Estimators and other relevant Support Functions (matrix).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead a talented, engaged and high-performing team. Ensure that team members are clear on objectives and are held accountable for their deliverables. Work on team retention and development. 

• Maintain customer satisfaction at target levels and promptly resolve customer issues. 

• Takes ownership for financial performance for the Projects LOB. 

• Responsible for driving costs down to be competitive in the marketplace. 

• Generate a high-quality pipeline across key verticals and facilitate senior-level cross-business discussions and decision making

• Use a robust management operating system (MOS) to drive results

• Lead the geographic expansion effort

• Be the go-to-person in regard to industry, product, and technology trends that are relevant to Honeywell's lines of business

• Ownership for the overall roll-up of orders, revenue, GP, cash, Operating Income, billability, and utilization in the region

• Responsible for interface with local sales and customer marketing teams to deliver strategy for growth

• Leading the team to execute on the overall strategy and performance

YOU MUST HAVE

• Graduate/ undergraduate engineering degree

• 15+yearsexperienceinateamleadershiprolenecessary.

• Thorough knowledge of construction projects field Operations, financial processes and General Management.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence others
