Key Responsibilities
Product Merchandising:
- Coordinate product orders with OMEGA HQ for local channels.
- Allocate products to local retail and wholesale based on business priorities and received orders.
- Manage accurate product information across various systems.
- Optimize sales through efficient product transfers between boutiques.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor inventory in local warehouse and POS, including phase-out products.
- Responsively address inquiries about inventory availability and product specifics.
Sales Estimation/Closing:
- Gather and consolidate monthly sales targets from channel managers for accurate estimations.
- Verify and finalize monthly sales figures to ensure data precision.
- Generate payment requests and tax invoices for retail POS.
Customer Service (CS) Support:
- Identify defective products and collaborate with CS team to coordinate maintenance.
Sales Support:
- Issue tax invoices as needed for customers.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records accurately.
- Provide detailed product-level sales information for reporting.
- Assist in developing business plans, supporting brand and channel managers.
- Aid in administrative tasks related to events and cost management.
Employee Sales - Special Sales:
- Efficiently manage employee orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Collaborate with the wholesale manager on "special sales" initiatives.
Reporting:
- Regularly maintain and update daily and weekly sales reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 1 to 3 years¡¯ experience in retail industry, preferably within Watch & Jewelry sector.
- Cross-departmental collaboration experience in order fulfillment and customer service contexts.
- Strong clerical skills with proficient computing and data entry abilities.
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Effective communication in both Korean and English.
- Knowledge of office systems, technology, office administration, and management.
- Proficieny in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
