Job Description

o    Budgeting
▪    Setting annual Sell-in / Sell-out budget and revise them by month based on sales trend
▪    Setting annual retail strategy and marketing/promotion plan to achieve the given target

o    People Management
▪    Supervising BA and Office staffs – close monitoring and coaching the capacity of each staff
▪    Recruiting new staff and arranging rotation
▪    Setting salary and monthly incentive 
▪    Clear goal setting and annual people review to discuss performance and individual development plan 
 
o    Sales
▪    Weekly and monthly sales analysis and prepare proper action for support if needed
▪    Communication with regional and duty-free operators for sales issue
▪    Bi-monthly sales meeting with counter manager to share the information
▪    Setting monthly sell-in budget with duty-free operators for monthly order

o    Marketing 
▪    Monthly and yearly marketing plan (new launching and promotion plan)
▪    Supervising marketing manager for marketing actions follow up 
▪    Pricing – communication with regional and operators for price change

o    Store Project-New Opening & Renovation
▪    Manage overall work procedures to meet construction schedules/deadlines
▪    Communication with regional VMD and local contractor for the floor plan
▪    Supervising merchandising guideline to keep the consistency of brand guide

o    Forecast & Order
▪    Review new launching forecast with Product Specialist – product, POSM
▪    Review monthly order from each counter – product, tester, POSM

o    Report 
▪    Weekly and monthly sales report
▪    Monthly/quarterly BBK reports – Action plan report, sales report, store visit report
▪    Monthly regional reports update

o    Other responsibilities 
▪    Regular Counter Visit 
Visiting counter to figure out market situation
Checking competitor activity
▪    Building Relationship with Duty-free buyers
Frequent calls and regular meetings with duty-free operators
TFWA meeting schedule arrangement and meeting preparation 
▪    Treating the visitors from HQ
Preparation for the meeting – business review presentation
Market visit guide

Job Requirements

Education 
o    Bachelor¡¯s degree

Work Experience 
o    At least 5 years of brand manager or retail experience
o    Experience in relevant travel retail or cosmetic industry preferred

Certificates 
o    N/A

Knowledge
o    Strong knowledge of brand management and planning
o    Broad knowledge on luxury brand and retail environments (Cosmetic)
o      Analysis ability of market trend

Skills 
o    Strong communication and presentation skills
o    Strong negotiation skills
o    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
o    Strategic thinking
o    People Management capability
o    Leadership for managing and motivating team members
o      Fluency in both verbal & written English is a must
