Bachelor’s degree

Chemical/Mechanical Engineering, but not the mandatory.

Required Experiences

- Over 10 years experiences as a factory manager/production manager

- People management

- Strong PC skills utilizing such software programs as MS Excel, MS Access, MS Word, and MS Power Point. Critical.

Knowledge

- Productivity management

- Expertise in plastic molding processes

- Stock accuracy of raw materials, packaging, work in progress, products.

- Quality management.

- Ensure policies and procedures are understood and correctly applied.

- Ensure plan in place for optimal use of assets to meet sales demand and improve cost productivity.

- English ability is plus

Attitude

- Encourage and promote employee participation through involvement and communication.

- Ensure Environmental, health and safety codes of practice are adhered to.

- Accountable for compliance to local and EHS requirement. Demonstrate commitment through leadership on EHS program. Drive employee engagement on EHS through employee dialogue, leading various initiatives on Training, Risk assessment & mitigation, 5S housekeeping.

- Act as lead person from site to represent organization to various Regulatory and Govt authorities such as PSM & EHS

- Provide site leadership across all functions to streamline and optimize business processes.

- Directs performance of the plant to meet operational performance objectives and deliverables in EHS, Service/Quality, Cost, Stability and Employee Satisfaction.
