O Talent Management - Develop and implement talent strategy, talent attraction programs for the business success. - Design and deliver talent management process including talent review (assessment and identification). - Proactively work with business leaders to understand their challenges and needs to implement talent management solutions most valuable to their business.
O Employee Relation - Review and update the company¡¯s Internal Labour Rules & Collective Labor Agreement and register with local authority, manager external/internal audit.
O HR Business Partnering - Act as a bridge to represent the people agenda and translate functional needs into HR actions.
