- Strategically communicate global logistics vision and strategy to his/her team
- Rigorously monitor vendors performance (transportation and distribution center) against their targets on sustainability, on-time performance, lead-time, and cost.
- Encourage vendors to innovate and follow up on improvement action plans. Oversee tenders and business reviews
- Oversee import and export operations to ensure full compliance while optimizing processes and clearance leadtime
- Provide leadership to the Demand Planning team to accurately forecast sales, proactively managing potential deviations from business projections.
- Manage business relationship within the organization (e.g. North Asia team, Central Team, Procurement, Finance team, Retail etc.).
- Drive continuous improvement by defining performance measures, implementing controls, taking corrective actions, and assessing effects

학력사항: 대학교(4년)졸업

- University graduate or above

- 15 years + of supply chain & logistics management experience preferably within the luxury retail industry

- Team management/cross-functional/cross-cultural management experience

- Experience in vendor management

- Ability in managing vision & purpose with creative and action-oriented

- Strong in building effective teams and business acumen

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and drive for results.
