Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
The purpose of this role is to optimize mono store operations and ensure compliance with established processes and standards in mono South Korea. The role focuses on fostering a culture of trading excellence, motivating teams, and promoting efficiency in store operations through the "house of retail/franchise" approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence:
- Ensure the implementation and adherence to retail best practices and processes in franchise stores.
- Optimize store operations to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Enhance the overall shopping experience from back of house to front of house.
Performance Management:
- Cultivate a high-performance culture by setting clear expectations, analyzing performance, and providing constructive feedback.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to implement functional components of the franchise business model.
- Support franchise stores in implementing retail best practices and developing new ones.
Compliance & Standards:
- Ensure all operations comply with global franchise standards while considering local market requirements.
- Maintain alignment with Global and local standards and objectives.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 6 years of work experience in Retail Operations in Global Brand
- Oustanding communication & Negotiation skills, & Project Management Skills .
- Customer service Retail enviroment exsperience
- University degree or above
- Advanced IT skills in Power BI, outlook, work, excel, PowerPoint
