Fluid Connector Korea Sales Engineer   

  

Position Summary:

-Responsible for FCG products sales to distribution and targeted OEM for profitable growth

(Samsung, Hynix and Tier 1 Suppliers such as TES, SEMES, SEMICS, PSK, Wonick & others)

-Responsible for profitable sales growth of FCG products through premier customer service, new products, cross sales and new channel   development to existing and  new customers.

-Develop strong distribution channel to grow Semiconductor market

 

Scope/Supervision & Interaction:

-Develop profitable growth strategies with regard to new distribution channel, new accounts, new business opportunities

-Work closely with Group/Division for supporting market/customer needs

-Communicating and participate in developing program relative with Oversea division.

 

Essential Functions:

-Research market trends/information and competitors climate to analyze the current/future market situation

-Develop & implement business plan for Semiconductor market to secure profitable share gain

-Develop new business/accounts opportunity

-Monthly and Quarterly reporting for Semiconductor¡¯s application/products mapping by all of customers based on new/on-going projects

-Call to core team meeting with internal/external customers to achieve business plan

-Produces new ideas, approaches, or insights ; creates innovative products for business growth Continually seek to promote new product ideas and applications as a basis for increasing profitable sales to new or existing customers

 

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering major is preferred

-Min. 5 years sales engineering experience in the Semiconductor market

-Need more marketing and business development background

-Project management skills

-Build and maintain relationship w/ key person of the customers side in Semiconductor market

-Fluent in spoken and written English

-Positive Thinking and Proactive Mind
