´ã´ç¾÷¹«

  • • Execute on country sales strategy and marketing plans to achieve division¡¯s goals
  • • Analyze sales reports and provide feedback to channel partners and distributor/s to achieve sales & marketing objectives
  • • Build rapport & work closely with KOLs to drive brand awareness, preference, and advocacy
  • • Ensure all Key Accounts are well covered by field sales team and distributors to achieve sales marketing objectives
  • • Demonstrate sales leadership qualities in contributing towards launch strategy and execute tactical plans for new product launches

ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç

  • • Bachelor¡¯s Degree
  • • +10 years of proven sales experience in Medical devices or pharmaceutical industry
  • • +2year of experience in people management as a sales manager
  • • 2year of experience in strategic alliance management
  • • Strong ability to develop KOL network as well as manage Key Account in retail & hospital environments
  • • Knowledge & experience in diabetes category will be advantageous
  • • Speak and write basic English for business conversation will be an added advantage
