O Retail Operations:
- Ensure roll out of key retail project/initiatives to enhance the excellence of retail operation, implement Maison’s operations guideline, policies in BTQ, and train them regularly.
- Be warrant of the BTQ procedures (inventory, administration), identify improvement area, plan and implement the solutions by conducting regular BTQ visit and participate in controlling strict application of BTQ safety & security measures. monitor and improve KPIs and manage BTQ operational tools, and all BTQ non-sales materials, office supplies, service vendors. also build and lead strong BOH team and plan and develop various training with relevant teams.

O Client Service:
- Manage after service client offer and experience and monitor and analyze the CS KPIs and provide the insight and improvement initiatives.
- Provide support to BTQ for handling CS tools and relevant training, foster the Client Service mind-set in BTQ and lead CS Ambassador community together with other relevant teams.
- Lead the planning and roll-out of CS projects and collaborate technical center, project marketing, Region/HQ team to handle escalated CS cases to follow up.

O Budget Management & Team Development:
- Plan yearly budget and track the monthly expense within team and all BTQs’ operational cost.
- Define clear R&R, develop team members to be the future needs of Maison, and build strong cooperative and efficient team.

- Over 10 years of Retail & retail operation experience in retail industry 

- Extensive experience in Retail Operations in luxury, fashion, watch & jewelry industry.

- Good understanding on retail business & process, operations & system, and local policies & practices.

- Solid experience in retail project roll-out and program management.

- Excellent in Korean English.

- Experience in team management and development.

- People leading experience
