[ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES]

- Manage, track and analyze retail KPI of mainly flagship and standalone stores in charge

- Work and communicate closely and directly with store managers and senior staffs in flagship and standalone stores, and plan proper and effective actions to enhance sales KPI based on set target

- Set the weekly/monthly target and tactics of each store, and motivate store staffs using incentive and motivation programs

- Carry out regular visit on stores to collect market information and ensure of display quality according to visual merchandising concept, proper use of communication materials, shop tidiness and cleanliness

- Forecast monthly/quarterly/yearly sales in a store level and establish acton plans to achieve planned sales

- Prepare and implement key actions and brand campaigns. Set a sales target in detail, track/analyze results and report feedback to manager

- Regularly discuss with Marketing team how to manage and care of relation of royal membership and potential customers in order to provide differentiated services and customer experience in branding channel for branding reinforcement

- Inform store issues related to opening, closing, renewal and special sales events data and details to internal stakeholders

- Manage manpower allocation and the work schedule of dedicated store employees in terms of overtime, leave and absence

- Manage H/C issues such as rotation, evaluation, hiring and resignation for store in charge, and report it to manager when something special or unusual


[REQUIREMENTS]

- 5~7+ years of sales (flagship or freestanding boutique store management experience preferred) management experience

- Prefer the experience apparel or footwear or fashion business

- Understand the market, customers and retail trends

- Have effective communication skills 

- Capable English communication skills
