    1.    Build and develop TEV sales and AMG performance center steering KPIs
    2.    Lead dealer TEV target agreement and Perform TEV sales for target achievement
    3.    Lead dealer performance in quantitative & qualitative measures
    4.    Steer nationwide retail marketing strategy
    5.    Integrate TEV market insights into MB Korea strategies

    EQ Sales Manager
    1.    Build and develop EQ dedicated dealer steering KPIs
    2.    Perform EQ sales for target achievement
    3.    Lead EQ dealer performance in quantitative & qualitative measures
    4.    Steer nationwide retail marketing strategy
    5.    Integrate EQ market insights into MB Korea strategies


Job Requirements

[Education]
- Bachelor¡¯s degree or higher

[Experience]
- 10 years of experience in sales & service field
- 2 years of experience in leadership role
- Previous background in automotive industry is preferred

[Specific knowledge]
-Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, allocation, analysis and performance evaluation
-Strong performance in driving initiatives and key performance indicators with outstanding leadership skills
-Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
-Sound product knowledge and business understanding
-Excellent oral and written communication skills both in Korean and English
