Join the daring Operations team of 21k employees, where you will tackle complex challenges and be at the forefront sustainable beauty with our business partners by designing, developing, sourcing, manufacturing and serving products and services all over the world.
A DAY IN LIFE (Indirect Sourcing)
-Lead complex sourcing projects end-to-end, from identifying needs and conducting market analysis to negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams in South Korea and across the zone/group, including Marketing, Packaging, Research & Innovation, and Finance, to align sourcing strategies with business objectives.
-Develop and implement regional sourcing strategies for specific categories, taking into account market trends, regulatory requirements, and sustainability goals.
-Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and service level agreements with suppliers, ensuring competitive advantage and mitigating risks.
-Manage a portfolio of suppliers, monitoring performance, fostering innovation, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
-Stay informed about emerging sourcing trends, technologies, and best practices in the industry.

-Defines category sourcing strategy and its execution with the best cost in value.
-Propose to business an advanced market sourcing trend so as to deliver values and innovation on time.
-Improve the cost structure model through a professional knowledge of category market, identify opportunities by leveraging value chain approach.
-Understand / Anticipates business demand and apply to the category sourcing strategy.
-Supplier Relationship Management: To build strategic partnership with key suppliers.
-Strong leadership in complex sourcing projects and its change management.
-High level of Effective, professional communication skill required.
-Negotiates with integrity, Operates with internal control and legal compliance.
-Analytical mindset, negotiation skill required for sourcing performance assessment and KPIs management.

-Professional/ proven experience and knowledge in Supply chain service (including facility), Transportation, Business service, IT, Facility management sourcing expertise is the key job requirements.
-Lead the selection process of key partners and lead SRM management and contract negotiation.
-Formulate strong partnership with key suppliers for delivering constant economic values and innovation.
-Up to date Sourcing strategy based on new/future market trend.
-Daily collaborative communication with internal/external stakeholders.
-Lead Global and local initiated category projects.
-Leadership in Sustainable sourcing and Innovative sourcing project.
QUALIFICATION
-University graduated
-+7~12 years
-Indirect sourcing career experience is a must.
-High level of understandings on sourcing process and the market is required.
-Complex sourcing projects experiences with multiple layers of stakeholders across the multi-functions
-Frequent co-working experience with zone/group business counterparts
-Fluency in both English and Korean is a must
-Proficient with Excel, Power point. Analytical tool usage skills and analytical / winning mindset.
-procurement tool such as SRM usage skill is a plus.
