To implement, administer, and improve the Industrial Management System in the areas of Health, Safety, Environment (HSE).- Defines, implements and maintains ALK¡¯s health and safety management system by assuring the maintenance and continual
improvement of a HSE in accordance with the IMS.
- Establish a yearly HSE plan and follow-up its progress
- Co-ordinate Government Audit for related facilities (MoL, MoE, KEMCO, KOSHA, KGSC, Fire fighting station etc.)
and support the corrective actions follow up
- Identify HSE training needs for employees, defines training objectives according to group and local requirement
and prepare/follow up annual training plans including qualification.(e.g. defensive driving, Cardiopulmonary resuscitation etc.)
- Coordinates audit activities for HSE by organizing external audits, working with corporate team and develop a check list
encompassing the needs of IMS and local regulation. Assist with performing the audits and track the results for each location.
- Communicate with ALK management & facilities by developing effective communication programs and tools necessary for
emergency response & crisis management.
- Major: Related in engineering field
- Working experience: entry level to less than 3 years of related working experience
