▷ Responsibilities
- Identify plant road map by insight.
- Lead assigned site EHSS Management element and participate related EHSS activity.
- Lead on key quality project with cross functional team, such as ISO9001 / IATF16949 / Cost out / Circular Economy, New Product qualification
- Responsible of deliver/specify material solution to address customer requirements.
- Collaborate with Internal & External Stakeholders
- Collaborate with functional team to progress global project.

▷ Qualifications 

- 10+ years of process engineering experience in engineering plastic polymerization & compounding plant 

- Professional verbal and written communication skills in English 

- Proactive & collaboration mind and insight Knowledge in SAP system management for PP module 

- Organizing and planning 

- Experience of Process automation system 

- Experience of EHS management for QA process
