Jr. Rewards Specialist – Human Resource

A DAY IN THE LIFE

Direct and support the implementation of leave and social benefits policies, procedures, and plans.

Plan and follow-up results of local and national inquiries into matters of benefits, be aware of developments in the market.

- Be prepared to formulate opinions and make suggestions about developments in matters of compensation, leaves and social benefit system.

- Carry out all processes linked to personnel administration and keep individual personnel files up-to-date.

- Provide support and assistance to Human Resources teams and to associates on matters relating to the pay and administration of personnel.

- Consolidate data, ensuring the reliability of data, and prepare benefits indicators.

 

WHO YOU ARE:

Bachelor¡¯s degree or above

- 1+ years of experience in C&B in multinational companies 

- Practical SAP experience is preferrable.

- MS Office literacy

- Fluent in both Korean and English
